When I received my order, the packaging was torn, and instead of the six Mogu Mogu drinks I had ordered, there were only two. To make matters worse, I found a half-drunk bottle of mineral water inside the box with the drinks. This was honestly shocking, and I’m really concerned about the condition in which my order was packed and when I tried reaching out to the seller to get this sorted I haven’t heard back at all, which is really frustrating. I really hope I either get to exchange the product or get my full refund.
